Dragon88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and dragon88 ("Company", "We"). These terms govern your use of the dragon88 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services we offer to users in Malaysia.

Dragon88 operates under a valid gambling licence. All our services are offered exclusively to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and are located in jurisdictions where use of our platform is permitted by law.

1Member Eligibility

To register and use dragon88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years old at the time of registration. Dragon88 enforces a strict age limit policy and does not permit underage registration under any circumstances.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Is not on any self-exclusion list enforced by dragon88 or any relevant regulatory body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently undergoing insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings under Malaysian law.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on dragon88 at any given time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all balances.

2Account Registration & Verification

Registering a dragon88 account is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• Full name as per identity card or passport
• Malaysian identity card number (MyKad) or a valid passport number
• An active and reachable email address
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number
• Exact date of birth

Dragon88 will conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) checks on all new accounts. This is a legal compliance requirement and is not optional. All submitted documents will be stored securely in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Dragon88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Dragon88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved and legitimate Malaysian payment methods. Accepted methods include:

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically faster than other methods. The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and RM 200,000 for VIP accounts.

Dragon88 does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

Any attempt to deposit funds via unlisted methods or through a third party is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and further investigation.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Dragon88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all dragon88 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the respective promotions page.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonus withdrawal limit: Some bonuses have a stated maximum withdrawal limit. Please check the specific terms of each promotion.
• One bonus per promotion: Each member is only eligible for each type of bonus once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus abuse policy: Any attempt to exploit the dragon88 bonus system – including opening multiple accounts, colluding with other players to take advantage of offers, or any other dishonest means – will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of all winnings.

Dragon88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to rights already acquired by members before such changes take effect.

5Sports Betting Rules

This section governs all Sports Betting activity on the dragon88 platform, including bets on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, virtual sports, and all other available sports.

Valid bets: A bet is only considered valid and binding once dragon88's system has confirmed receipt of the bet and a bet reference number has been generated. No bet shall be deemed valid based on verbal agreement alone or prior to system confirmation.

• Minimum bet: RM 1 for single bets; RM 5 for parlays.
• Maximum bet: Varies by sport type, league, and market. Limits are displayed automatically within the betting interface.
• Odds: All odds displayed are in decimal format unless you manually change the format. The odds shown at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• In-play betting: Dragon88 offers in-play betting during live matches. In-play odds change rapidly. Bets submitted during an odds change may be rejected and will need to be resubmitted.

Postponed or cancelled matches: If a match is postponed or cancelled, dragon88 will follow industry-standard guidelines to determine the outcome of bets. Generally, a match played within 24 hours of its original scheduled time will be considered valid. Matches not played within that window will result in bets being voided and stakes refunded.

Match fixing: Any bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing or unauthorised inside information will be investigated and may be voided. Dragon88 cooperates with relevant sports bodies and enforcement agencies in such cases.

6Casino Games & Slots

This section governs the use of dragon88's casino games, including slots, Live Casino, Poker, Jackpot, and all other games available on the platform.

• Game results: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Dragon88 cannot manipulate or influence game results in any way.
• Return-to-player rate (RTP): The RTP for each slot and casino game is set by the respective game provider and is available in the game's information section.
• Progressive jackpot: Progressive jackpots are accumulated from a small portion of all players' bets. Jackpot winnings are valid and will be paid in full, subject to verification.
• Technical disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during a game, dragon88 will attempt to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption. If restoration is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player.

Dragon88 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's internet connectivity failure, device malfunction, or any other disruption beyond our control.

7Account Security & Member Responsibility

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between you and dragon88. The following are your obligations as a member:

• Do not share your password, username, or any login credentials with any other party.
• Always log out of your dragon88 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Enable the two-factor authentication (2FA) provided by dragon88 for added protection.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the dragon88 support team immediately.
• Ensure that your registered email address and mobile number remain active and reachable at all times.

Dragon88 will not be held liable for any financial losses or unauthorised activity on your account resulting from your failure to follow the security guidelines above, unless it can be demonstrated that such losses were due to negligence on dragon88's part.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Dragon88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or the provision of false information during registration or use of the platform
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Multiple account ownership
• Misuse of dragon88 bonus or promotion systems
• Disruption to the normal operation of the platform or to other players' experience
• Requests from relevant legal authorities

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, dragon88 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account while an investigation is ongoing. Should the investigation find no proven breach, the account balance will be returned to the member within 30 business days.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the dragon88 support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the request.

9Dragon88 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, dragon88 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting outcomes or casino game results
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the dragon88 platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond dragon88's control, including internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or actions taken by authorities
• Third-party actions, including those by payment providers or game providers, that are beyond dragon88's direct control

In circumstances where dragon88 is found liable for any losses suffered by a member, dragon88's maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the member within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Terms & Conditions Amendment

Dragon88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the dragon88 website, unless a different effective date is specified.

Dragon88 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes to these terms via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure you are always complying with the latest version.

Your continued use of the dragon88 platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are entitled to close your account without penalty.
